We built our Process Trailer from scratch. Our goal: to replicate the most natural, true, car-like riding Process Trailer in the industry. Every element of design and fabrication was maticululously crafted by our team. Our pivot-arm, air-ride design has translated to a super natural picture car ride.
The trailer railing is 1-1/4" speedrail. 1-1/8" wood decking on wings, nose, and center line. Steel diamondplate ramp and wheel drops, with over 50 welded E-rail receivers for rings and ratchets point where you need them. The removable wings hinge 180° and lock in at 90° for travel, lay flat when ready to build. Vehicles are easy to load on/off using the air-ride kneeler mode. The trailer ramp lays flat on ground for loading, then the air ride inflates and lifts the trailer to the ideal ride/ shooting hight.
